GLOSSARY WORDS

1 Green tea Green tea is made from Camellia sinensis leaves and buds that have not been subjected to the same withering and oxidation processes as oolong and black teas.
2 Green tea film It is a thin film with an area of 1-20 cm2 (depends on dose and drug loading) containing green tea extract.
3 Tea Tea is an aromatic beverage made by pouring hot or boiling water over cured or fresh Camellia sinensis leaves.
4 Sorbitol Sorbitol is an artificial sugar found in fruits and plants with diuretic, laxative and cathartic property.
5 Aroma A distinctive, typically pleasant smell.
7 Flavor A substance or extract that provides a particular taste
8 Caffeine Caffeine is a natural stimulant most commonly found in tea, coffee, and cacao plants.
9 Ceylon tea Ceylon tea refers to tea produced in the highlands of Sri Lanka
10 Chai Chai is a tea beverage made by boiling black tea in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices.
11 Darjeeling tea Darjeeling is a town in India’s West Bengal state  
12 Dust tea  Dust tea is smaller particles of fine-grained black tea.
13 Tea taster Tea Taster is a person who not only tastes the tea but also has to identify the difference between the teas and give expert advice on the various ways in which tea can be brewed in order to achieve a particular taste.
